What materials can you grow?

We grow a wide range of materials including scintillators (CsI:Tl, CsI:Na, BGO, GAGG, LYSO), laser crystals (Yb:YAG, Nd:YAG, Ti:Sapphire), oxides, halides, sapphire, perovskites, and custom R&D formulations based on user requirements.
Can you customize dopant concentration?

Yes. We support ppm-level to mol% dopant customization, including rare-earth doping, activators, and multi-element combinations to match optical, scintillation, or mechanical needs.
What sizes and shapes can you manufacture?

We provide rods, wafers, blocks, large boules, tapered crystals, pixel arrays, custom optics, and fully customized geometries based on CAD drawings or sketches.
What is the minimum feature size you can make for shadow masks?

Laser cutting supports features as small as 25–40 µm depending on thickness. Chemical etching typically supports ~50 µm resolution. We can optimize your design for best manufacturability.
Do you provide optical polishing or AR/HR coatings?

Yes. We offer precision optical polishing (single-side or double-side) and AR/HR coatings at custom wavelengths. This is available for crystals, sapphire components, and optical substrates.
What is your typical lead time?

Standard lead time is 2–8 weeks depending on material, crystal size, geometry complexity, and processing requirements.
Can I order small-batch or prototype quantities?

Absolutely. We specialize in prototype development and small-volume R&D production. Even a single piece can be manufactured.
Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship worldwide using UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Fragile crystals are packaged using anti-static foam, vacuum sealing (for hygroscopic materials), and reinforced impact-protection boxes.
Can you help optimize my design before manufacturing?

Yes. Our engineering team reviews CAD files (DXF, STP, PDF, sketches) and provides suggestions for manufacturability, resolution limits, tolerances, and performance improvements.
Do you offer NDA for confidential research projects?
